Psychotherapy

Individual

Let’s build a path together to help you get unstuck from the internal turmoil and external barriers you’ve been facing.

By combining Internal Family Systems, the Trauma Resiliency Model, and mindfulness practices, I facilitate trauma healing through reintegration of the mind, body, and soul.

With compassion and an understanding of systems of oppression, I offer honest reflections and accountability that can lead you to make real changes in your life.

Couples, Families, and Friends

Sometimes we feel trapped in patterns we aren’t happy about in a relationship, whether between romatic partners, family members, or friends. Sometimes a life change is causing changes in the relationship that each person feels differently about.

I facilitate a space where people can learn intentional ways of communicating and managing their own reactions in order to get to the root causes of the issue, come to a shared understanding, and find solutions together.

Session Fees

  • $225 for 50 minutes

  • $295 for 75 minutes (recommended for couples, families, and friends)

Session fees help to cover sliding-scale spots for members of minoritized communities who experience socioeconomic barriers to accessing psychotherapy.

All sliding-scale spots are currently filled.
